Delivery and payment conditions
Delivery/transport Home accessories are delivered via PPL/cash on delivery, unless the customer wishes otherwise. Furniture is delivered to final destination, unless the customer wishes otherwise.
Payment
- Cash on delivery (payment to transport company upon delivery of goods, the price is increased by postage and cash collection fee.)
- For our customers in Slovakia the final price is recalculated to EUR – PPL calculates the EUR price according to the CSOB actual exchange rate. As such the final price can be a little different.

- Bank transfer to our account at KB Praha, account number 51-1046280217/0100.
- For our customers in Slovakia the account number is:

- Variable symbol is your order number. Goods will be dispatched after the money arrives on our account. We, therefore, recommend to transfer the money upon placing the order.
- We request 50% advance payment on orders of furniture, mirrors and chandeliers. The remaining 50% is due at the time of delivery
Postage PPL Czech Republic
- Postage is FREE on orders above 3.000 Kč
Slovakia For orders from Slovakia we use delivery company PPL, which ensures delivery within 48 hrs of pick up. The final price including total postage is paid upon delivery in EUR. Information on the actual exchange rate of CSOB can be found at www.ppl.cz . Postage is:

Delivery terms Furniture
- Furniture is always manufactured or imported on the basis of the customer’s order.
- Delivery period is usually 6-8 weeks, in the case of smaller orders the delivery period can be shorter.
Delivery of furniture
- To other places, please contact us at: info@mamaisoninteriors.cz, so we can provide you with the transport cost.
For most items we provide a 5 year guarantee. Please see our catalogue for details. Mirrors and chandeliers
- Given the nature of these products, we prefer that our customers collect these items in the shop. If, however, this is not possible, please contact us on: info@mamaisoninteriors.cz, and we will provide you with the transport cost.
Home accessories
- We dispatch accessories within 5 working days. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives.
Accepting goods from the carrier
- Customers are obliged to check the goods and documents upon acceptance of the goods as well as the integrity of the packaging.
- If the customer finds obvious defects, he will inform the carrier, who will fill a record of damage. This record of damage is necessary for any claim!
- A customer has the right not to accept a delivery, which is incomplete or damaged. In this case is also necessary to sign a record of damage with the carrier and immediately inform us by phone or email.
- Unless the above procedures are followed, any damages cannot be compensated.
